How to book a place on a Gothic Image tour

To book a place on one of our longer tours in England, Wales, Scotland or Ireland:

• First, please contact us to register interest and check availability.
• Next, print off a booking form by clicking here.
• Then, await our e-mail reply concerning availability.
• Finally, fill in the booking form and send it in by post. Send a deposit of £500 per person with your booking form to secure your place on the tour of your choice. You may pay by credit card.

The price includes excellent quality accommodation and coach travel, full English breakfast and three course dinner, all inland transportation, entrance fees, presentations, guide fees, taxes and gratuities (excl. driver). The cost is based on double occupancy.

All rooms have private facilities. Single rooms are few but may be available at an additional cost, see single supplements shown above.

Prices exclude air fares to Britain and Ireland. A deposit of £500 will secure your place on the tour of your choice. We need your payment in full no later than six weeks before departure. If you cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit as long as you let us know more than six weeks before departure.

Unfortunately, we have to make a cancellation charge of £100. If you cancel after six weeks before tour departure, your deposit, less the cancellation charge, can be refunded only if you find someone to take your place. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Payment is in UK pounds sterling only. To calculate the approximate cost of the tour in US$, multiply the UK £sterling price by 1.80.

We regret that we cannot accept US dollar cheques.

Payment can also be made by VISA and Mastercard. To reserve a place on a tour using a credit card, please fill in the booking form, then fax it to us on *44-1458-833385 or send by post.

On receiving your deposit we will send you an acknowledgment. Please print the detailed itinerary of the tour of your choice, together with What to Expect on a Gothic Image Tour.

We will be staying in top quality hotels which have been selected for their historical significance and warm atmosphere. The food is excellent and vegetarians and special diets are catered for. Please indicate your needs on the booking form. Click here if you have a disability or any movement restrictions.

To ensure that everyone can be given individual attention, tours are strictly limited to 25 places. In the past we have had a large response to these tours, so we strongly advise you to book early.

Each Tour begins at an airport at 12 noon. Please note that, if flying from USA or Canada, your date of departure is that of the day before the start date of the tour.

From Avalon to Camelot starts at London Heathrow Airport, International Arrivals, Terminal 3, at the Meeting Point at noon on 5th September 2007, 23rd April or 3rd September 2008.

The Enchanted Ireland Tour begins at Shannon International Airport at noon on 19th June 2008.

The Sacred Scotland Tour begins at Glasgow Airport, Arrivals, at noon on 14th July 2008.

Mysterious Wales starts at London Heathrow Airport, International Arrivals, Terminal 3, at the Meeting Point at noon on 5th Sept 2007 or 12th Sept 2008.
