Please complete the form below to register for one or more of our tours. You can submit this form without paying a deposit, or proceed to pay your deposit via the checkout, after submitting your registration form. If you prefer to provide tour registration details by phone, please email Jamie George – jgeorge@gothicimagetours.co.uk.
Deposit
After submitting your registration form, select the number of deposits you wish to pay at the top of this page, then proceed to the checkout. You can either login and pay using your own PayPal account OR select the option to pay directly with your credit/debit card.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that could lead to you cancelling your place on a tour.
If you cancel your booking prior to the date for final payment of your tour fee (see above), your deposit minus a £75 administration fee will be refunded. If you cancel after that date, your full tour payment can only be refunded if you find someone to take your place.
If Gothic Image Tours cancels a tour due to insufficient numbers, your payment will be refunded in full. If cancellation is due to a pandemic or event beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative arrangements. These could include transfer of the registration and funds received to a future tour.
