After submitting your registration form, select whether you want to pay one or two deposits and click the PayPal Buy Now button below to pay with your credit or debit card. You can either login and pay using your own PayPal account OR select the option to pay directly with your credit/debit card (this option may appear as a message to ‘check out as a guest’). If this option does not appear on your screen, please email Linda Marson who will send you a direct request for payment.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that could lead to you cancelling your place on a tour.
If you cancel your booking prior to the date for final payment of your tour fee (see above), your deposit minus a £75 administration fee will be refunded. If you cancel after that date, your full tour payment can only be refunded if you find someone to take your place.
If Gothic Image Tours cancels a tour due to insufficient numbers, your payment will be refunded in full. If cancellation is due to a pandemic or event beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative arrangements. These could include transfer of the registration and funds received to a future tour.
